Our arbitration team represent Clients in FIDIC disputes, EPC disputes, Turnkey Projects and Public-Private Partnership model disputes, amongst others. The team is involved in every aspect of the matter including drafting, aiding in seat selection, advise of selection of Arbitrators, representing the Client till final hearing, seeking interim protection and assisting in enforcement or recourse against Award. We have a specialised section dealing with arrangement and management of documents.
Mediation serves as a quick, cost-efficient and confidential method of dispute resolution. MCO strives to assist parties in identifying issues, exploring areas of compromise to reach an agreement and generating options in order to resolve the dispute. MCO has been engaged in both Court-referred mediations as well as private mediations.
Our ADR team is averse in conciliatory proceedings and depending on the nature of matter, commercial interest involved and timeline mandate by Clients, assistance in reaching amicable solution through conciliation procedure is suggested.
