The Petitioner filed an application under Section 65(B) of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 read with Section 14 of the Family Court Act, 1984 whereby the Petitioner intended to place on record an alleged telephonic conversation between the Respondent (the wife of the Petitioner) and the Respondent’s mother. The application was rejected by the trial court vide judgment dated 17 December 2022.
