Condonation of delay u/s 61 (2) of IBC - National Spot Exchange Ltd. Case

The Supreme Court, (‘SC’) on 14.09.2021, held that a delay beyond 15 days in preferring appeal before National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (‘NCLAT’) is uncondonable even in exercise of powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India (‘Constitution’).
